Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with AK Project Unicorn.

All of our orders are shipped via USPS. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped!

Please note, at this time we are not shipping everywhere internationally and will only process domestic & Canadian orders.
 

Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 1-3 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by just a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather conditions) may have an impact on your estimated delivery date.

Service is subject to shipping delays. Delivery times are estimates, and not guarantees. Delivery estimates for all international services do not include customs processing times. Our store is not liable for any delays that may occur once your order has been shipped. Alaska residents will have the option to choose Free Shipping at checkout for mailing addresses with Alaska based zipcodes. Misuse of the shipping system to gain a lower shipping cost will result in the cancellation of that order. 


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email within 48 hours. Please allow USPS up to 48 hours to reflect updates on their tracking page.

 

Damages and Missing Orders

If you received your order damaged, or if the order appears to be lost during shipping, please contact us so we can help file a claim. A refund or replacement may be issued pending your cooperation during the claim process.

If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for claim evidence purposes. Notice of damage must be provided within 15 days of delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

At this time, AK Project Unicorn will only accept returns or exchanges on damaged or defective products. Customers have 15 days from the time of delivery to request a refund or exchange on damaged/defective products.

Please note that all refunds will require an order number, the reason for return, and pictures documenting the noted damage or defect.

Cancellations are only accepted if made prior to the order shipping.

Please contact us as soon as possible at jenny@akprojectunicorn.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
